ROGER SALTER has been the Rector of St Matthews since 1994. Born in Australia, Roger moved to the UK in 1970 and began training for the Anglican ministry at Trinity Theological College, Bristol in 1975. Following ordination at Bristol Cathedral in 1979, he served in parishes of the Church of England in south Bristol; Swindon, Wiltshire; and the Isle of Wight in the diocese of Portsmouth. |
